Senior Consultant

  • Cost effective management of Compliance technical resources (e.g. IT budget, hardware/software purchases).
  • Support hardware and software problem resolution for over 40 users working from their homes.
    • This saved the Compliance department over $60,000.00 annually.
  • Researched and identified alternative survey solutions for external survey recipients.
    • This saved the Compliance department in excess of $10,000.00. The predominant proposal was to have a software survey product custom built which would have resulted in excessive costs.
  • Evaluation of new technologies for use by members of the Compliance department (e.g. new laptop computer equipment, video-conference equipment, etc.).
  • Customization and preparation of new technologies for specific uses (e.g. installation of MetLife specific software with network access codes and passwords of individual users).
